Hi, my name is Jim Collins. I've been doing inlay since 1995.
Every Featherwood inlay is made by hand using a scroll saw, a sander,
and some hand tools. No computer guided instrument is used.
Only the finest woods are chosen for character and contrast.
No stains or dyes are ever used.
A clear finish allows the wood's
own natural color and character to render the image.
Great care is maintained in the creation of each piece of art I make.
Each work is fashioned to be of heirloom quality.
